ABSA BANK TOWERS NORTH – JOHANNESBURG

A 45 000m2 commercial development comprising of offices, computer and conference rooms that are primarily conditioned with chilled water variable volume air handling units and terminals.

ESKOM MAJUBA – AUX. BAYS 1-6 – VOLKSRUST

A chilled water generating plant with a total cooling capacity of 11 760kW supplies chilled water to 44 field assembled air handling units. Constant volume air is introduced into the primary conditioned areas such as the control and equipment rooms requiring constant temperature and humidity conditions. Perimeter areas are reheated to maintain set point temperatures.

INVESTEC BANK – SANDTON, JOHANNESBURG

A 44 000m2 commercial development with a chilled water underfloor system, comprising of perimeter and zone fan coil units, variable volume fan air terminals and transfer air grilles.

TA BANK – ROSEBANK, JOHANNESBURG

An 11 800m2 office and 2050m2 retail space for commercial development, with an HVAC system comprising of a chilled water generating plant and variable air volume air handling units.
